プライバシーポリシー

株式会社トゥリー (以下、「当社」といいます)は、当社が運営するSDGs.TV(以下、「本サービス」といいます)における、利用者の皆様(以下、「会員」といいます)について、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)を定めます。

第1条 (個人情報の定義)

本ポリシーにおいて、個人情報とは、個人情報保護法にいう個人情報を意味するものとします。

 

第2条 (個人情報を利用する目的)

当社は、以下の目的で会員の個人情報を利用することがあります。

  1. 本サービスの提供および運営のため
  2. 本人確認、本人認証のため
  3. 会員へのお知らせや当社のサービスに関するご案内のため
  4. 会員へのサポートやお問い合わせへのご対応のため
  5. 利用動向の調査、統計、分析のため
  6. その他上記利用目的に付随する目的のため

 

第3条 (個人情報の安全管理)

当社は、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩などのリスクに対して、個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、当社の従業員に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。また、当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合は、委託先において個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。但し、本サービスを利用するにあたって取得して頂くアカウント、パスワードの管理は、利用規約に従って、会員の自己責任で管理して頂くものとします。

当サイトでは、Googleによるアクセス解析ツール「Googleアナリティクス」を利用しています。このGoogleアナリティクスはトラフィックデータの収集のためにCookieを使用しています。このトラフィックデータは匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。この機能はCookieを無効にすることで収集を拒否することが出来ますので、お使いのブラウザの設定をご確認ください。この規約に関して、詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。

 

第4条 (第三者への提供)

当社は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

 

第5条 (個人情報の開示)

当社は、会員から、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められたときは、会員ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、会員に対し、遅滞なく開示を行います。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

 

第6条 (個人情報の利用停止等)

当社は、会員本人から、会員の個人情報が、あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止又は消去(以下、「利用停止等」)を求められた場合には、遅滞なく個人情報の利用停止等を行い、その旨を会員に通知します。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が利用停止等の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

 

第7条 (セキュリティに関して)

会員の情報は会員のプライバシー保護及び、セキュリティの為パスワードで保護されています。当社は必要がある場合、データ転送を保護する為に業界標準のSSL暗号を使用します。

 

第8条 (本ポリシーの改正)

本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく、変更することができるものとします。
当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合には、サイト上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

TREE Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) lays down the following privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) in regard to the users (hereinafter the “Members”) of SDGs.TV (hereinafter the “Services”) operated by the Company.

 

Article 1 (The Definition of Personal Information)
Personal information shall be defined in this Policy as being information described in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information .

 

Article 2 (The Purposes of Using Personal Information)
The Company may use personal information on Members for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services.
  2. To identify and authenticate individuals.
  3. To send Members notifications and information on the Company’s Services.
  4. To provide support to Members and respond to their inquiries.
  5. To survey, gather statistical information and analyse trends regarding use.
  6. For other purposes related to the purposes of use described above.

Article 3 (Safe Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall implement necessary and appropriate supervision of Company employees to deal with the risks of loss of, damage to, manipulation of, or leakage of personal information in ensuring its safe handling. The Company shall also ensure the necessary and appropriate supervision of consignees if any or all of the information should be consigned to a third party. However, it shall be the responsibility of Members themselves to ensure the management of passwords for accounts created in using the Services, as stipulated in the Terms of Use.

This site uses Google’s access analysis tool, Google Analytics. This tool uses cookies to gather data on traffic. This traffic data is gathered anonymously, and does not allow the identification of individuals. This function can be turned off by disabling cookies, so users are advised to check the settings on their browsers.

Article 4 (The Providing of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company shall not provide any personal information to third parties without the prior consent of users, except under the circumstances described below. However, this does not include situations in which it is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and ordinances.

  1.  When according to laws and ordinances.
  2. When required to protect people’s lives, bodies or assets, but it is difficult to obtain the Member’s approval.
  3. When specially required to improve public health or promote the healthy raising of children, and it is difficult to obtain the Member’s approval.
  4. When required to cooperate with the execution of operations according to laws and ordinances by a government institution, a local public organisation, or other consigned organisation.

Article 5 (The Disclosure of Personal Information)
In the event of receiving requests by Members to disclose personal information, the Company shall do so without delay upon verifying the authenticity of the requests, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. However, this may not apply to situations in which our Company is not obliged to disclose any information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and ordinances.

 

Article 6 (The Termination of Personal Information Use)
In the event of Members themselves wishing to terminate the use of, or delete (hereinafter “e.g., Terminate Use”), personal information due to its handling in a way that is in violation of the purposes of use publicised beforehand, or due to it being obtained in a fraudulent manner, the Company shall, e.g., Terminate Use without delay and notify the Members. However, this may not apply to situations in which our Company is not obliged to, e.g., Terminate Use in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and ordinances.

 

Article 7 (Regarding Security)
Information on Members is protected by passwords to ensure security and the protection of their privacy. Our Company uses industry-standard SSL encryption to provide protection during data transmission when necessary.

 

Article 8 (Policy Amendments)
The details of this Policy may be altered without notification of users. Except in situations stipulated otherwise by the Company, the amended Privacy Policy shall go into effect the moment it is posted onto our website. Notifications shall be posted onto our website regarding important amendments.
